Ingredients To Add:


- 4 Persian cucumbers
- Two raw tomatoes
- A little bit of parsley
- Red onion
- olive oil
- Lemon
- Salt
- Pepper

Everything is big chopped and small pieces.
You don't have to peel those Persian cucumbers, but if you'd like, of course, you can't, so it's totally up to you.

Step # 1

Chop the cucumber into very small pieces.
Add the chopped cucumber to the salad bowl and repeat with the remaining cucumbers.
Chop the rest of the cucumbers and put them into the salad.

Step # 2

Then chop the tomatoes the same way.

Then chop the parsley and also, instead of parsley, you can use fresh mint.
It's also great and add it to the salad.

Shove the onion. You don't need the whole onion; it's just too big, so use about a third of an onion and cut it into small pieces.
